This policy explains how Dr Ravinder Singh Jhutie ("I", "me", "my") collects and uses your personal data when you use this website and make an enquiry. I am the data controller for the information you provide here.

When you complete the enquiry form, I collect the information you choose to give me, which may include:

Why I use it, and my lawful basis
I use your information solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange your consultation. The lawful basis for this is your consent (which you give via the form's consent checkbox) and my legitimate interest in responding to people who contact me about treatment.
Analytics & cookies

How long I keep it
Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a patient, to provide your care in line with dental record-keeping requirements. If you do not proceed, your enquiry data is deleted once it is no longer needed.
Who I share it with
I do not sell your data or share it for marketing. Your enquiry is handled by me and my team. The form is delivered to my inbox using a third-party email delivery provider acting on my instructions as a processor. Where a clinic you choose handles your subsequent care, your details are shared with that clinic for that purpose.
Your rights
